Being a global company, we can uplift one another through continuous support. Because of this, we decided to create this project to involve everyone to come together and bring a smile to their neighbor, friend, or family.
During hard times, people coming together has ultimately brought out the best in people: some are donating food and clothing while others are sharing their talents as musicians or artists; others still have joined forces with friends and family members to create artistic pieces that will inspire hope during difficult times. By joining forces as a company to highlight not only what kindness can do but what humans can do when they come together to help one another.
The aim of our project is to share. Exelegent is providing financial opportunity, #ExelegentFunds, and a day off, #ExelegentDay, to spend the day and money in a meaningful manner. This project will take a few weeks for our employees to generate their generosity within their community. What our team decides to do with this money and day off, we will be showcasing their involvement and kindness. We will be sharing the efforts of our employees and their generosity by posting their stories and photos to our social media, hoping to spread positivity throughout.
It is important for us at Exelegent to come together as a company and support each other. As an organization, by being good citizens of our community by giving back with whatever time or resources we can offer we hope we can create a more uplifting community.
There are lots of ways we can help each other get through this difficult time together – support groups, volunteering opportunities, and so on. We believe that in times such as these, we are reminded of who we indeed are. With our collective strength as a global company and team, here’s to putting a smile on someone’s face!
