JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Technical knowledge: Understand data security concepts and technologies, including encryption, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Healthcare industry knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, and understand the unique security needs of the healthcare industry.
- Risk assessment and management skills: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security threats.
- Security management: Use security management processes, including incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Compliance: Understand healthcare regulations and ensure compliance with these regulations.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical verbally and in writing.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and business units, to ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive medical information.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve security incidents is critical for this role.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and best practices, as well as the ability to continuously learn and adapt.

- Microsoft Robotic Process automation
- HL7 and FHIR protocols
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Information Security and 6 years of experience in job offered or 6 years of experience in the Related Occupation
